A special project of The Council for Agricultural Education
Project Leader - Dr. Richard M. Joerger

"Creating and Enhancing 21st Century Induction Programs For Agricultural Education Teachers" was a plan designed to foster and build induction programs for teachers around the nation. We have designed this interface to facilitate all users to get these resources in the best delivery method possible. But we know that the amount of material can sometimes be confusing, so here is how we have setup this interface
Each individual section has major titles for that section. Each of those titles are links that will open up a pdf document corresponding with the information for that title. This is so you can view each individual piece of information to make sure it is what you want, and then you can download that piece of information by itself, and file it how you want.
At the bottom of every page you will also find "These Resources" and "Other Resources" links that will automatically download files with documents to your computer. "These Resources" will download each of the documents in that section as editable Word files that you can work with to design your own program. "Other Resources" is special because it is a group of materials that aren't listed in the titles for the section, but are relevant content that can be addendums to each section.
Both of these downloads come as "zip" files, so you will need to know how to open a zip file to edit the Word documents.
If you feel saavy enough and you have a copy of these resources on cd, at any time you are able to browse the cd's contents on your hard drive. The folders are labeled in an intuitive way that you should easily be able to find any of the resources you need without using the interface.
We appreciate your time to look at these materials that we have put so much meticulous design and research into. We hope that you can use them to your fullest and build your own successful "Induction" programs.
